Beyond-Nano for Innovative Microelectronics in Sicily

The Beyond-Nano research infrastructure in Sicily is designed to support the study of advanced materials and innovative processes for high-performance applications in microelectronics, particularly in power electronics, high-frequency technologies, and advanced photovoltaics.

Coordinated by the Institute for Microelectronics and Microsystems (IMM) of the National Research Council (CNR), the infrastructure integrates the expertise present in Catania and is equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation for the materials synthesis, fabrication, and electronic device characterization, as well as advanced simulation methodologies.
